团队简介:本团队将管理科学与工程专业的研究方法与现代农业企业的经营决策相结合,为设施农业企业的科学决策提供理论依据。同时也为中国特色的农业企业管理问题提供定量化的研究思路。团队成员包括4位副教授和3位讲师,其中三位副教授具有管理科学与工程专业博士学位,且具有2项国家自然基金项目的主持经验和多篇SCI收录论文。经过前期研究,目前已有农产品采摘优化,轮作优化和定价策略等多篇论文已经完成,充分证明了相关研究工作的可行性。与一般农经管理不同,本项目主要使用定量化的研究方法分析农业企业微观作业优化;与国外同行相比,本项目的研究的农业企业问题所面临的决策环境不同,包括土地分散、生产农户分散和作业手段不同等。
